Suicide is painless: M*A*S*H (b.s.o.)

Como tributo a una de las series que más me impresionó siendo adolescente, he descargado esta canción versioneada por uno de mis grupos favoritos,(Manic Street Preachers), el autor original Johnny Mandel, genial compositor musical de jazz, que ha colaborado en los arreglos musicales de artistas de la talla de Frank Sinatra, Count Basie y Shirley Horn. Colaboró también con Nicole Cole en "Unforgettable".
La susodicha serie, narraba los quehaceres diarios de un equipo médico en plena Guerra de Corea, eso sí, con situaciones cargadas de humor, ironía y también de dedicación profesional, solidaridad y camaradería, todo esto, dentro de la atrocidad que significó esta guerra, una más de la absurda Guerra Fría.
En fin, cada vez que la oigo, se me ponen los pelos como escarpias...
